PDK Gallup Poll and Jersey Shore Panel Response
The 38th annual Phi Delta Kappa/Gallup Poll of the Public's Attitudes Toward the Public Schools continues the previous polls' focus on the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act. This poll focuses on what the public knows about the act and what they think about it.
Dr. James Horn, Professor of Education at Monmouth University will present the Poll results. This presentation will be followed by a response by our own Jersey Shore Panel of Educators.
Copies of the poll will be available and a certificate for one credit hour of continuing education will be available at the end of the presentation. There is no charge for this presentation and pre-registration is not necessary.
Those interested are welcome to join us for the optional wine social/dinner scheduled prior to the presentation.
