The Big Event is a program Monmouth University participates in. It is an event that every organization at Monmouth takes part in and volunteers in the surrounding communities of Monmouth University. It is a great way to show the community what wonderful, aspiring and dedicating students Monmouth has to offer!

Hawk TV will be participating in the Big Event and we need your help! The Big Event will be on Saturday, October 11 at 10 a.m. All Monmouth students should meet in the Student Center, where breakfast will be served beforehand. Students will be bused off to their volunteer sites at 11 a.m. The Big Event is a fun day where other organizations get to work together and get to know the members of the group on a more personal level. It is a great way to make more friends who are a part of Hawk TV. How often will you clean beaches with the person you normally video tape on the Extra Point? After the Big Event you will leave with more friends and leave feeling like a better person after doing community service, don’t miss out!
