Navegando Capoeira Association Navegando Capoeira Association is committed to teaching students all aspects of Capoeira including its rich history. Our organization is affiliated with the Brazilian Association of Capoeira (ABRACAP), and Rio de Janeiro Capoeira Sport Federation (FCDRJ). Navegando Capoeira Association stresses the importance of learning the traditions, music, and language, as we feel that such knowledge is both valuable and rewarding for our students. We participate in several cultural and sport events throughout the year. Once a year, at the Navegando Capoeira Association, invite several Brazilian artists to take part in our events promoting Capoeira and other forms of Brazilian culture through performances and workshops. Now relocated to Southern New Jersey, we continue the with the same path of educating individuals in the art and sport of Capoeira. Navegando Capoeira Commitment At Navegando Capoeira Association, we are committed to teach and practice the art form of Capoeira to its fullest. Members of this group experience relaxed but serious training sessions, constantly learning this art form as a preparation for future mastership levels. Further, our members explore Capoeira history, artistic and sport issues through research and activities related to each topic according to their graduation level.
